CEC Propertiess was founded in 2005 when Carrie Merriam began her planning for a Residential Investment Agency in Rochester. The aim was to create a service which was professional yet personal and which exceeded the expectations of Landlords and Tenants alike. Drawing on their extensive experience and applying their strict standards of quality and customer care they launched CEC Properties in February 2005.
The pilot business was based in Rochester and is now run as a fully-fledged, and very successful, Company owned outlet. CEC now ranks as one of the best property managment companies in Rochester.
Each local CEC Property Management Agency is owned and personally managed by CEC Properties. This provides the best possible service to Landlords and Tenants. The local owners personally manage all essential aspects of the letting. At the same time they operate under the highest standards of professional conduct and procedures as required by the law.
